Thabo Sibanyoni | Founder & Managing Director
My journey toward building NextHire Recruitment began after spending more than a decade working in senior roles across finance, operations, HR, and recruitment. Over the years, I had the privilege of leading large teams, managing complex business functions, and working closely with executives to shape organisational strategy.
Through this experience, one thing became clear: great companies are built by great people. I saw firsthand how the right talent could transform performance, strengthen culture, and accelerate growth and how costly it became when organisations hired without the proper support or insight.
Driven by a passion for helping businesses find the right people, I founded NextHire Recruitment to offer a more personalised, relationship-driven approach to talent acquisition. From day one, my vision has been to create a recruitment partner that truly understands the industries we serve and invests deeply in both clients and candidates.
